Oh, and the elevator and multilingual staff were such a burden to deal with. not.

During our recent stay at a charming hotel in Taviano, we were delighted by the beautiful rooms and grounds. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The pool area, surrounded by a citrus grove, was a perfect oasis to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We also appreciated that the pool had a shallow depth, making it ideal for families with kids. Special thanks to Massimo, Happy, and Claudia for their exceptional service.

One situation that stood out to us was when we wanted to enjoy drinks by the pool. Although there was no dedicated pool service with a menu, we discovered that we could Whatsapp reception to request drinks to be delivered.

The guestrooms at Relais San Martino-Albergo della Felicità are absolutely fantastic! They are cozy and comfortable with all the modern amenities like air conditioning, safes, and minibars. I felt right at home in my room.

Personally, I found the rainfall showerhead in the private bathroom to be a bit underwhelming. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Our city trip was fantastic and the hotel was a big part of it. First of all, the pool area was clean, quiet, and perfect for a quick dip. We loved that there was an outdoor gym for a quick workout in the fresh air. the location was also great, with plenty of amazing restaurants just a short walk away. We also liked that the staff was friendly and always ready to help.

But, there were some downsides. the rooms were a little outdated and the bathrooms could use some renovation.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet area but still within close proximity to all the stunning beaches. The service we received from the staff was exceptional, with the room service and housekeeping exceeding our expectations. We also enjoyed the convenience of having shops and commercial services nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable. The airport shuttle made our arrival and departure stress-free, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The hotel offers tours and ticket assistance, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings.

We would highly recommend this place to all. It truly provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The hotel had a great location in the center of the old town. It was surrounded by charming streets and nice restaurants to explore. the pool area was amazing, with a refreshing swimming pool and a relaxing jacuzzi. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room didn't meet our expectations. It was a bit overpriced for the standard of the rooms, especially considering we had stayed in nicer rooms for less money during our holiday in Puglia.

When it comes to breakfast selection, the only thing that could've made it better was if they had more options to choose from. Just a little more variety would've been great.
